Everything is as shown on the video, the installation is very easy and good explained, the wood is of very good quality same as the matt. The only thing i would mention as a downside is the price. Everything is very nice cozy and in good quality but still, the price is very high. But who am i to complain i bought it :)

Installation was easy once I got some clarification from Nala which came quickly. The bars looks look really nice in the room, unlike most workout equipment. Its hard to resist doing some little exercise as you pass by it. I see this will be key in maintaining and building my strength.
Well-made product. Very easy to assemble. I am pleased with it, but I doubt I will ever be able to do the tricks shown in the videos.
Still, there is a large number of exercises possible. Search YouTube for stallbar exercises. Don't think you are too old. I am 61, and it works for me. I have been using it for 10 days and I already notice improvements.

The best thing is the severall ways it can be used, from simple stretches, core workouts, arms, legs, you name it. Had to cut a bit of the base of each beam to adapt it to my baseboard and its solid wood, no doubt about it.

I Initially purchased the bar to relief my back pain that was affecting me for months and leading to poor sleep and poor performance in my trainings (boxing, martial arts), i've been using ir regularly for almost 2 weeks now, it really helped me to relief from back pain by just suspending my body in multiple ways (so need to go to chiropractor every month), and also, its actually very appealing to do other movements than just hold yourself, so I noticed a lot more disposition to naturally perform exercises that helps you with strength and flexibility. During assembly, the back plate was accidentally damaged, but Nalamoves kindly and without any issues sent me replacement parts, which truly won my heart.
