Crafted from Premium Quality Finnish Birch wood, the Nala Bars Combo includes the detachable Pull-up / Dip Extension, offering more variety for your workouts! The Extension can withstand weights up to 120kg | 265 lbs. The width of the Dip handles are about 10cm | 4 inches narrower than the Wall Bars.

230cm Nala Bars
The most popular option. Full-size version for adults with the most complete range of motion and exercise selection.
Recommended if you're over 165cm tall and your ceiling height is at least 240cm.
200cm Nala Bars
Shorter version of the Nala Bars. Excellent choice for children. Reach height is optimal if you're under 160cm tall.
Recommended for children, anyone under 160cm tall, or if your ceiling height is under 240cm.
Compact Bars
Our most versatile option with an alternative design. Designed for tight spaces and areas blocked by things like high skirting boards or radiators.
Recommended if 200cm or 230cm do not fit your space.

The ladder and pull up/dip attachment are amazing! It's a full body workout that hits all my muscle groups, including the ones I'd forgotten about.
My wife is also using it. She has a back injury and staying fit keeps her off of the surgeon's table. Body weight exercises are great for strengthening her core.
We are big fans, can't recommend Nalamoves enough. I've used similar ladders in gyms, this is better. The equipment is very well designed and so are the exercises in the app .
Exactly what I was seeking. A gentle full body workout device for a senior 68 year old. Ideal for stretching, promoting flexibility and retaining strength. Stylish design blends into any room. Added an exercise ball to maximize options. Price point and inferior wall bracing wood prevents a five star review.
The NalaMoves Combo (the big one, 230 cm x 70 cm) is overall a solid and well-designed product. The wall bars are sturdy, stable, and very functional in daily use, and the overall construction gives a good sense of reliability.
That said, considering the price point, I believe some components could be improved in terms of materials. For example, parts like the wall mounting blocks and the side supports of the frame would benefit from being made of solid wood rather than laminated or composite materials. This would better match the premium positioning of the product.
Despite this, the structure itself is strong and performs very well. If it weren’t for this aspect regarding materials, I would have given it 5 stars.
