La fabrication est de belle qualité et l'espalier a l'air très solide. Je pense que le modèle naturel que j'ai choisi devrait être recouvert d'un vernis incolore mat afin de le protéger des salissures et de l'humidité. Je vais le vernir moi même, ce qui va me donner un peu de travail !! Je mets 5 étoiles quand même car c'est un bel objet bien conçu.

The ladder and pull up/dip attachment are amazing! It's a full body workout that hits all my muscle groups, including the ones I'd forgotten about.

My wife is also using it. She has a back injury and staying fit keeps her off of the surgeon's table. Body weight exercises are great for strengthening her core.

We are big fans, can't recommend Nalamoves enough. I've used similar ladders in gyms, this is better. The equipment is very well designed and so are the exercises in the app .

I feel so confident I can work up to more reps on this well-designed product! I purchased this while wondering how I could adapt it to my narrower rack with rounded bars. A Customer Service review about returns was five-star, so I went for it. I had married a handy Canadian man and armed him with a dremel (any handy person would do) to router out the attachment hooks toward the thick side to keep the stability and remove some paint where the pull up bar sticks a little when sliding it in. Then he cut the two cross supports to fit the span. 100% adaptable for any rack to be used in confidence!

Only had the mat for a couple of weeks but I am overall very pleased with it. Its size, width, hardness and finishing are perfect for me.

I have to say that the customer service I have received has been excellent throughout the process of purchasing the Nala move combo set at 230cm.

It was a difficult installation onto a Welsh stone wall behind plaster, but I was able to send pictures and discuss this with Jonas and the team.

We did use a builder to support the installation due to this and the wall bars are now in place.

A fantastic piece of equipment for exercise that has allowed us to still be able to utilise the spare room for guests. It also is an aesthetically pleasing piece of equipment and adds to the space, rather than detract.

It really has been an investment for everyone in the house and my young son has not stopped using them.

I was looking for a white swedish ladder and this one had everything I needed. My walls are white and it blends in very well especially because I didn't want it to be overwhelming. It is sturdy and you can do a lot of exercises with it. I particularly use it to stretch my back and to do TRX.

Ordering went smooth, fast delivery. Assembly was easie. We put the bars up in our living room and the kids have been living on them ever since. Would definitely recommend!
