The most popular option. Full-size version for adults with the most complete range of motion and exercise selection.
Recommended if you're over 165cm tall and your ceiling height is at least 240cm.
200cm Nala Bars
Shorter version of the Nala Bars. Excellent choice for children. Reach height is optimal if you're under 165cm tall.
Recommended for children, anyone under 160cm tall, or if your ceiling height is under 240cm.

A great, stylish addition to our living room, the bars and gymnastics rings are perfect for our 6 year old who can’t keep her feet off the ground. However primarily I bought this kit for myself- as an upgrade from bodyweight and home strength training. As a busy mum of 2 little ones it’s important to me to stay active and the bundle doesn’t disappoint. Took approx 10 days to deliver to UK.
I love the wooden bars! They look nice and it's been a long time searching for shorter height bars to work in my house. The rings are also great and the pull bar/dip extension is a must!
My only slight issue is although the quality of the mat is great, it can slip too much on smooth floor surfaces so having better grip on the underside would be perfect. Other than that, I wished I'd bought them sooner!
