I was looking for a white swedish ladder and this one had everything I needed. My walls are white and it blends in very well especially because I didn't want it to be overwhelming. It is sturdy and you can do a lot of exercises with it. I particularly use it to stretch my back and to do TRX.

Love love love this bundle. The mat is nice and squishy and super convenient that it folds up and stores away easily. The bars themselves are sturdy and made out of great quality wood. I use it everyday and love it more each day as I progress in my fitness journey 🩵

This compact wall bar is the perfect home solution. Thanks to the pull-up extension, I can easily do specific strength exercises for gymnastics. The design is minimalist and the craftsmanship is excellent. It’s pricey, but given the quality, it is absolutely worth the money!

Ich habe die Sprossenwand im Wohnzimmer montiert und sie fügt sich harmonisch ins Gesamtbild ein.
Ich liebe es hier jeden zweiten Tag die Anfänger-Übungen zu machen mit Hilfe der App. Es macht richtig Spaß, ich schwitze, erkenne schon ein bisschen Fortschritt und die Länge der Übungseinheiten ist gerade richtig.
Das einzige, was mich ein bisschen stört ist, das die Matte nicht zwischen die Sprossenwand hineinpasst, weil sie breiter ist. Ich habe auf den Fotos und Videos gesehen, dass sie eigentlich zwischen die Steher passen sollte.
Trotzdem bin ich sehr zufrieden und empfehle euch auf jeden Fall mit Freude weiter.
