No Hidden Fees (DDP Shipping)

We believe in total price transparency. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nalamoves gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to announce a return.

  • Return Shipping: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We evaluate these cases individually and will cover return shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.
